How the Alliance is Evolving in 2022

2 Minutes Read

Workforce and customer needs are evolving—and so are the needs of the increasingly diverse Alliance member base. As always, we develop our services in response to member demand. So no matter where you are in building your women-centered strategy, you can find support in our unique set of learning opportunities. This year, we have an exciting suite of new products in addition to our continually improving tried and tested ones.

Here’s what’s new in the next twelve months:

Our first-ever salesforce training of trainers (TOT). This resource will meet a huge ask from members: Training the front line to better serve female customers. The TOT will integrate best practices from across the Alliance and include modules on the business case, adapting sales techniques for women, unconscious bias and more.

Our first-ever data learning series. We know that collecting and analyzing high-quality sex-disaggregated data on female customers is a challenge for most financial services providers. Through practical use cases, this learning series will share strategies and tactics for collecting, analyzing, and reporting out on sex-disaggregated data.

Our first-ever diversity and inclusion task force. We’ll convene diversity and inclusion leaders from across our network to share their challenges and successes and discuss leveraging these efforts toward becoming the financial services providers of choice for women.

Our first-ever (fingers crossed) hybrid summit. Our past two Annual Summits have been fully virtual, enabling us to bring together an unprecedented set of speakers and a far wider and more diverse audience than ever before. At the same time, we’re eager to see you all and enjoy the benefits of in-person networking. This year’s Summit will take place in October. We’ll share whether it will be a hybrid or remain fully online in the coming weeks.

In addition, we are pleased to continue offering our All-Stars Academy, Mentoring Program, Working Groups, Ask the Expert sessions, Alliance Hack and Fintech Fridays—all of which continue to evolve rapidly with new modes of interactive learning, featured experts and timely topics. See the full slate of peer-learning events for 2022 below. We can’t wait to see you there!
