Our Working Groups connect members for in-depth discussions on key areas of the Women’s Markets. Financial Alliance for Women Working Groups prioritize knowledge sharing and problem solving. They meet on a regular basis for guided interactive webinars that explore the particular Working Group’s focus area, discussing successes, challenges and how to best overcome them.
Past Working Groups have focused on sex-disaggregated data, insurance for the Women’s Markets, gender diversity and inclusion, product innovation. The Alliance also partnered with Mastercard to run a Task Force on Payment Solutions for the female economy, which supported members to design and implement value-add payment solutions for a target segment.
Driving climate and gender action together represents a new area of opportunity for financial services providers (FSPs). Yet climate and gender efforts are often siloed within FSP organizations.
This Working Group was designed to enable FSPs to make the most of the synergies between women’s market and climate programs, with a focus on developing new products and services, building the business case, and breaking down internal silos.
This Working Group explored, held in partnership with Mercer, explored best practices for advancing women’s leadership in financial services, from recruitment to promotions, compensation, and more.

The Communications Task Force has met quarterly since 2018 to share best practices for using communications and marketing to reach women, fight stereotypes, and advocate for change.

The Women’s Markets for Insurance Working Group was formed for financial services providers to explore solutions for to fill the demand from women customers for high-value insurance options tailored to their needs.
