The deadline for applications for the 4th Cohort of the GBA Mentoring Program is the end of this month. Any GBA member interested in becoming a Mentor or Mentee for the 2016-2017 session is welcome to apply.
Since 2013 the Mentoring Program has been matching leaders from banks with mature, successful Women’s Market programs with leaders from institutions seeking to implement or improve nascent female-focused programs. To date, 36 Mentees from 24 banks all over the world have benefited from the expertise of our team of highly experienced and dedicated Mentors.
We are requesting GBA members to send in nominations for Mentees to join the fourth cohort. Space is limited to 10 Mentees, so nominees will be selected on a competitive basis. We are also looking to complement our existing Mentor team with additional volunteers and are seeking applications. This is a tremendous staff development opportunity that is not to be missed.

The fourth cohort of the GBA Mentoring Program is scheduled to kick off at the 2016 GBA Summit in October, with all Mentors and Mentees who can attend getting the opportunity to meet one another in person.
