BLC Bank’s Women’s Market program, We Initiative, has been delivering impressive results since its inception in 2012. The bank has a strong focus on supporting women’s SMEs and has become the bank and employer of reference for women in Lebanon. During this Study Tour, attendees will meet key team members responsible for launching and implementing the We Initiative program, learn from their journey, and openly discuss their key lessons learned, successes and obstacles.
