The GBA has already begun issuing acceptance letters for our first-ever All-Stars Academy in Asia, being held March 12-16 in Negombo, Sri Lanka. This immersive course is designed to help financial services professionals develop the critical tools they need to serve women customers as a distinct market. Taught by expert practitioners from GBA banks, by the end of the course participants will understand the key elements of a Women’s Market strategy and best practices on implementation. As a follow-on to this course, participants from GBA member institutions will also have the option of joining the GBA Mentoring Program to form a cohort to maintain network support.
There is high demand for the program, and admission is being granted on a competitive, rolling basis. The program is ideal for financial services providers that are seriously considering introducing a program, those at the early stage of Women’s Market program development or those looking to take their programs to the next level.
