Each year, our network impacts the lives of millions of women all over the globe. This impact is only possible because of the many individuals who work so hard to catalyze change within their organizations. And so, what better way to celebrate International Women’s Day than to spotlight the change makers championing the female economy behind the scenes? 

This March, Alliance team members spoke with eighteen women in our network, including bank CEOs, fintech founders, women’s market and D&I leads, among others. In quick but powerful ten-minute conversations on Instagram Live, we got to know them on a deeper level. We heard about what inspired them to get into the financial services sector, how they manage their career and personal lives, and their advice to other women who are navigating different roles and responsibilities.
