Nancy Lee, General Manager of the Multilateral Investment Fund, as part of a CGAP series on Women and Finance posted a blog titled “Growth in Women’s Businesses: the role of finance,” where she discusses the entrepreneurship gap globally, and how in Latin America in particular “fear of failure attitudes are not correlated with women’s nascent entrepreneurship rates”. Nancy highlights the Alliance’s member’s efforts in focusing on “more effective marketing strategies that target a potentially profitable underserved market.”
