The fifth cohort of the GBA Mentoring Program will officially kick off in January 2018, and we are pleased to officially open the application process to all interested GBA members.
Since 2013 the Mentoring Program has been matching leaders from banks with mature, successful Women’s Market programs with leaders from institutions seeking to implement or improve nascent female-focused programs. To date, 44 Mentees from 27 banks all over the world have benefited from the expertise of our team of highly experienced and dedicated Mentors.
We are requesting GBA members to send in nominations for Mentees to join the fifth cohort. Space is limited to 10 Mentees, so nominees will be selected on a competitive basis. We are also looking to complement our existing Mentor team with additional volunteers and are seeking applications. This is a tremendous staff development opportunity that is not to be missed. Please note that if you have already applied to be part of the GBA Mentoring Program following one of this year’s All-Stars Academies, you do not need to apply a second time.
