The 2017 Summit is being held Nov. 14-16, hosted by NatWest, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland, in London. This year’s Summit will explore how financial institutions can catalyze growth in the female economy by leveraging the power of connection, kicking off with a half-day Women’s Market Master Class at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The  Policy Forum on Key Enablers of Women-Led SMEs in the UK will follow at the Palace of Westminster, concluding day one of the Summit. Two days of interactive, results-focused best practice sessions will anchor the event on Nov. 15 and 16, with topics discussed including:

  • The future of financial services
  • Disruption that enhances the value proposition for women
  • Building customer networks that work for women
  • The business case for insurance for the Women’s Market
  • Financing different stages of the business lifecycle: the role of alternative lenders
  • Achieving gender parity in the workforce

The Summit will conclude Nov. 16 with attendees visiting either the new Entrepreneurial Spark business accelerator or Drummonds Private Bank for an up-close peek at the innovative ways NatWest is serving its women clients.

As a follow-on to the Summit, participants are also invited to attend an all-day training Nov. 17 at the Saïd Business School, Oxford University, on gender intelligence as the bedrock to supporting a Women’s Market strategy, courtesy of the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

We are pleased to confirm that English to Spanish interpretation will be provided at the Summit.
