Resource of the Month: Women’s Markets Workforce Training

1 Minute Read

The Women’s Markets Workforce Training is a train-the-trainer resource from the Financial Alliance for Women.

This tool equips Women’s Markets managers, as well as HR or L&D leads, with the resources they need to train staff on the women-centered strategy––embedding an understanding of the business case and how to serve women effectively across the organization.

The training is structured in three parts:

  • Part 1 — The Foundation: Why workforce training matters for embedding a women’s centered strategy, and how to assess your organization’s specific goals and training needs

  • Part 2 — Content Toolkit: The core subject matter, plus ready-to-use slides, case studies, and exercises to build the actual training you’ll deliver to your staff

  • Part 3 — Implementation and Impact: How to roll out the training, measure results, and keep the program current as your institution evolves

To access the Workforce Training, users must be a member with an active account on the Alliance website. If they do not yet have one, they can easily create it by following these steps:

  1. Click on the “Members Log-In” section in the top right corner of the Alliance website
  2. Select “Register” and complete the sign-up process
  3. Once the account has been created, a confirmation email should be sent to Karyl, who will enable member-level permissions along with access to the Learning Hub.
