Introducing the Alliance Learning Hub

2 Minutes Read

The Learning Hub is a powerful new addition to our member experience and a cornerstone of our commitment to continuous learning and impact.

Exclusively available to Alliance members through our website, the Learning Hub is your on-demand course library, designed to ensure that no valuable insight is ever out of reach. Members can now access and revisit the Alliance’s rich archive of content spanning the past five years, making it easier than ever to catch up on missed sessions or deepen learning by rewatching key discussions. From our topical Ask the Expert series to the collaborative insights of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Task Force, the innovation-driven conversations of Fintech Fridays, and the flagship Workforce Training Program, the Learning Hub brings the Alliance’s most impactful knowledge together in one place.

The Workforce Training Program, in particular, equips members with practical tools to train their trainers and develop internal materials, helping institutions effectively sensitize their workforce to the opportunities within Women’s Markets.

Built with flexibility in mind, the Learning Hub allows members to learn at their own pace and on their own schedule, removing barriers created by time zones, bandwidth limitations, or competing priorities. With new courses added on a rolling basis, the platform ensures that members stay current with the latest insights, trends, and best practices. More than just a content library, the Learning Hub is a key part of the Alliance’s value proposition—empowering members to maximize learning, strengthen institutional capabilities, and accelerate progress in serving Women’s Markets, no matter where they are in the world.

For the initial roll-out, members are requested to identify two users from their institution who will be granted access to the Learning Hub. To get started, these users must have an active account on the Alliance website. If they do not yet have one, they can easily create it by following these steps:

  1. Visit https://financialallianceforwomen.org/
  2. Click on the “Members Log-In” section in the top right corner
  3. Select “Register” and complete the sign-up process
  4. Once the account has been created, a confirmation email should be sent to Karyl, who will enable member-level permissions along with access to the Learning Hub.

We encourage all members to take full advantage of this new service and maximize the value of the Learning Hub as a resource for ongoing learning, capacity building, and impact.
