Spotlight on: Learning Hub Launch
Last week’s Ask the Expert session on CX and UX that drive women’s access to finance highlighted both the consistency of effective approaches across banks globally and the power of tailoring the sales funnel to bring women through. TD Bank Canada demonstrated how its deep understanding of women entrepreneurs delivers strong, inclusive customer experiences, while GoTyme Bank in South Africa showcased its exceptional ability to serve previously unbanked women at scale. Despite operating in very different contexts, both institutions share key strengths: a strong understanding of their women customers, the integration of gender-intelligent design into customer journeys, and a clear focus on building trust and confidence to drive meaningful usage.
This session, along with many others, is now available on demand through our new Learning Hub—a powerful addition to the member experience and a cornerstone of our commitment to continuous learning and impact.
The Hub brings together a curated collection of standout content, including past sessions from our Ask the Expert series in which we focused segments such as the silver economy, youth and young entrepreneurs, and women of wealth. It also features programming from the frontiers of Women’s Markets initiatives, covering topics like Islamic finance, gender and climate change, and gender-based violence.
Members can likewise explore insights from our EVP Taskforce on building gender-diverse and inclusive workforces; highlights on gender-intelligent fintech design from our hackathons; and learnings from our Data Taskforce on disaggregating legacy data and setting meaningful gender targets, among many other areas.
In addition, the Learning Hub hosts our flagship Workforce Training Program—a training-of-trainers initiative designed to equip frontline teams to better serve women customers.
We will continue to expand the Hub with new content over time and encourage all members to catch up on missed sessions or revisit key discussions to deepen their learning. For more information on how to access the Learning Hub, click here.

This month we are hugely proud to welcome our first member from Ukraine, UKRISBBANK, part of BNP Paribas Group. We interview Yanina Olkhovska, Director of Communications, CSR, ESG and Engagement about the bank’s existing value proposition for women in business and their plans to deepen that support to a segment so critical for economic survival and community recovery.
We thank all our members and strategic partners for investing in women and for the many ways they participate in the Alliance.
