Zsofia serves as the main point of contact for Code Implementing Partners from the We-Fi Secretariat, coordinating the implementation of the WE Finance Code globally. Before joining the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative at the World Bank, she was a Case Team Leader at FSG in Geneva, a mission-driven consulting firm founded by Michael Porter. Prior to that, she worked as an Associate Manager at Mastercard’s Advisory Services, supporting FSPs across Europe on topics like Digital Financial Services, SME financing, and innovative payment solutions.
