Valence is a central bank economist with diverse experience in financial inclusion policy, financial innovation, and monetary and macro-prudential policies.
He currently leads BNR’s agenda of accelerating financial inclusion through multiple initiatives, including Fintech innovation, financial literacy, financial inclusion data, capacity building of the financial sector and payment regulatory framework and oversight.
