Siongo Kisoso is the Managing Director of BK Capital, with over 15 years of expertise in investment banking, capital markets, and financial strategy across East Africa. Since joining BK Capital in 2021, he has led transformative initiatives that expanded client services and advanced the capital markets, including serving as lead arranger for East Africa’s first sustainability-linked bond by the Development Bank of Rwanda and Rwanda’s inaugural green bond issuance by Prime Energy PLC. Previously, Siongo held senior roles at IBL Group and McKinsey & Company, where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions, strategic development, and finance transformation across diverse sectors.
He holds an Executive MBA from Strathmore Business School and has completed numerous leadership and strategic business management programs.
