Dana Kupova, Head of Inclusive Financial Systems at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Dana has 20 years of experience in defining and executing ESG strategies across sectors, financial instruments, and geographies, with focus on emerging markets. Her experience spans climate, gender, and inclusion ESG topics, in corporate as well as financial institutions sector. Dana also holds the position of a Board Director in the Green for Growth Fund.
Ms. Kupova holds an Executive Global MBA from Manchester Business School and is a proud alumni of the European Women on Boards.
