IBM is giving the Alliance network and beyond access to apply for IBM Hyper Protect Accelerator 2021, an investment-readiness and technical mentorship program targeted at start-ups in the fintech space. The Accelerator is for impact-focused start-ups dealing with highly sensitive personally identifiable information (PII). The goal is to enhance the condition of their data protection, privacy and security — issues that are familiar to many fintech start-ups in our network. The program is managed by IBM in collaboration with one of the biggest incubators supporting seed-stage start-ups, Village Capital.
Fintech start-ups gathering, storing and/or communicating PII that are less than 5 years old with under $1 million in yearly revenue can apply to be part of the IBM Hyper Protect Accelerator by June 30th at http://ibm.biz/hpa-apply.
Selected applicants will receive up to $120,000 in IBM Cloud credits and have the chance to take part in virtual technical, business mentorship and investment milestone planning, as well as gain access to IBM’s network of investors, industry experts and mentors.
