GBA Member in DRC RAWBANK Launches RAWLadies

RAWBank announced the launch of RAWLadies, an innovative platform that focuses on creating an enabling environment within the bank to promote women to senior positions. The objective of the initiative is to promote equality among men and women by removing barriers, promoting sustainable careers for women through training, knowledge exchange, and best practice tools, adapting the necessary policies, and encouraging the active involvement of women all levels. Developing an Diversity & Inclusion agenda within the bank is a key aspect in creating a successful Women’s Market program, and we applaud RAWBank in the launch of this important initiative.
