The Global Banking Alliance for Women is pleased to announce the launch of version 2.0 of the landmark “Winning the Women’s Market: A How-To Guide for Financial Institutions.” The latest version of the interactive Guide features updated Women’s Market insights and innovations from an even wider selection of GBA best practice banks than the first edition.
The Guide targets the bank business practitioner who wants to initiate a Women’s Market program or improve his or her bank’s existing one. It is organized into four modules— Building the Business Case, Developing the Program, Embedding the Program and Measuring Results. Each chapter outlines a practical, step-by-step process for program design. These concrete tactics are based both on global best practices and on lessons learned by Alliance member institutions as they built their own Women’s Market programs. Analytical tools and other resources are also provided so practitioners can design programs for maximum business impact.
The full “Winning the Women’s Market” text is available exclusively to GBA members. Non-members can preview the Guide here.
