FMO’s Future of Finance Conference to Include Gender Lens

GBA sponsor FMO, the Dutch Development Bank, is organizing its 4th Future of Finance conference, to be held September 25-27, 2016, in Noordwijk, the Netherlands.

At the event, more than 300 leaders from financial institutions in emerging markets around the world will gather to share ideas and plans for the future. FMO expects representatives from more than 60 countries in Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia and Latin America to attend.

The conference agenda will focus on how FinTech can enable financial inclusion, as well as a range of new models and alternative approaches to business that are carrying the financial industry forward. GBA Chief Executive Inez Murray will facilitate a roundtable on Gender Finance, featuring Herbert Wigwe, CEO and Group Managing Director at Alliance member Access Bank Plc of Nigeria, as a key informant on the discussion.
