Ask the Expert: Business in Times of Crisis

2 Minutes Read
Business unusual is here to stay, and is becoming “the new normal”. Months of lockdowns and quarantines affected our day-to-day productivity, forced mom-and-pop shops to shut their doors and accelerated the transition towards flexible working structures. Members of the Alliance across the globe with women-centered strategies stood out in their regions for their readiness to cope with COVID-19 having non-financial services and digital solutions already in place.

In our special Ask the Expert series “Business in Times of Crisis” we showcase how leading financial services providers around the world are implementing measures to support their employees, customers and communities. From an internal perspective, we look at how they are pivoting their employee value proposition to meet their team members’ needs and ensure diversity & inclusion is prioritized front and center, while on the client side we review rescue plans they put in place to support (W)SMEs and individuals post-COVID-19 as well as the integration of innovative digital services to serve the client of tomorrow.

Don’t miss our special Ask the Expert series on COVID-19 which we are opening up to non-members for the first time.
