The Keynote Speaker for the 2015 GBA Summit in São Paulo, hosted by Itaú Unibanco, was Jean-Marc Etlin, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Banking Division at Itaú Unibanco. Jean-Mark delivered the keynote address September 30.

Jean-Marc Etlin joined Itaú Unibanco in 2005 to run the Investment Banking Department of Itaú BBA. Previously, he was a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank and Co-Head of Latin America Investment Banking. From 1992 to 1995, Jean-Marc was a partner of Montemayor Asset Management, a New York-based hedge fund. From 1984 to 1987 and from 1989 to 1991, he was at J.P. Morgan & Co., last as a Vice President, with various assignments in São Paulo, New York and Paris. Jean-Marc holds dual nationalities — Brazilian and French. He has a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEAD, in Fontainebleau.
