All Stars Academy
The All Stars Academy, one of the Financial Alliance for Women’s most highly valued programs, is an immersive and holistic learning program that helps financial services professionals develop the critical tools they need to serve women effectively. The Academy features experienced guest lecturers from members with strong Women-Centered Strategies who share their expertise on building a sustainable program that successfully taps into the female economy.
Hosted by Bank al Etihad, Jordan, the Financial Alliance for Women’s acclaimed All Stars Academy program is taking place from February 1 to 5, 2026, in Amman, Jordan. This weeklong course is designed to help financial services professionals – from Alliance member institutions – develop the critical tools they need to serve women effectively using a holistic value proposition on a commercially viable basis.
Whether you’re looking to design or refresh your women-centered strategy, reskill your existing team, or embed gender inclusion deeper into your institutional culture, the All Stars Academy offers a transformative learning opportunity for your organization.
Participants gain an understanding of the key elements of Mastering a Strategy for Winning Women’s Markets and best practices for supporting implementation. Through a combination of sharing Use Cases, exercises, one-on-one and small group coaching, participants will work through a detailed strategic and action plan each day, culminating in a fun ‘pitch’ competition at the end of the week.
