Grace Kishek is a marketer working within the banking industry, bringing a customer-centric mindset and marketing expertise to drive change from a fresh, non-banker perspective. She currently serves as Head of Segment in the Segmentation Department at Bank al Etihad, where she leads customer engagement strategies and develops savings and investing value propositions that are designed to sell, scale, and meet customer needs.
Throughout her career at Bank al Etihad, Grace has moved across different parts of the business, gaining a wide view of how customer value can be created and sustained. She began by leading the Women’s Market, where she championed financial inclusion initiatives and worked closely with startups and SMEs to empower women entrepreneurs and business owners. She then headed the Digital Marketing team, overseeing social media, content marketing, and performance marketing, where she combined data insights with creativity to engage customers across digital platforms. Today, she applies that experience to the business side of banking — turning marketing knowledge into a competitive edge by curating propositions that resonate deeply with customers.
Grace has over 17 years of cross-industry experience spanning advertising, digital media, and financial services. She has contributed to financial literacy efforts through initiatives like Rise Academy, a program designed to equip youth and professionals with the knowledge to make informed financial decisions and achieve their goals. She also brings global perspective through her education, holding a Global MBA from Lancaster University.
With a career built at the intersection of marketing and financial services, Grace combines customer-centric thinking, digital expertise, and segment-led strategy to help the bank design solutions that empower individuals, strengthen financial wellbeing, and scale sustainable business growth.
