The 2021 Annual Summit, “Investing in Women, Transforming our World,” convened leading experts from across banking, big tech, fintech, development finance institutions, insurance, payments, asset management companies and more, to explore three distinct topics on the power of investing in women:

October 5: Creating Female Friendly Entrepreneurial Ecosystems, sharing the blueprint for developing national commitments that ensure women’s full financial inclusion, based on the UK’s Investing in Women Code.

October 6: Designing Gender Intelligent Fintechs, unveiling new findings on the business case for fintechs to target the female economy.

October 7: Building the JEDI* Workforce of Tomorrow, discussing how to build just and equitable workforces.

Each day’s theme was brought to life with interactive sessions including panels, keynotes, spotlights, fireside chats, and networking opportunities.

Our 2021 Annual Summit was hosted by members, Mastercard and HSBC, and was virtual from October 5-7.
