Temitope leads the implementation of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy, facilitating policy and market innovations to advance access to finance in Nigeria. She thrives on value creation through a unique blend of practitioner, policymaker and consumer perspectives, leveraging over 24 years of banking experience. She was Head, Banking Services Department at FINCA Uganda and a Board Director at FINCA Nigeria.
She is a graduate of the Global Master of Arts Programme (GMAP) from Tufts University, USA and a Fellow, Fletcher Leadership Programme for Financial Inclusion. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (French) degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria. She has attended executive development programmes on policy management, Innovation and at Lagos Business School, Harvard Business School, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, University of Cambridge and the University of Luxembourg.
