In the last decade of her career Siddhika has served in multinational organisations and gained cross functional experience in risk advisory, consumer research and business turnaround. She is currently the co-founder of Mahila Money, a full stack financial services digital platform for women across India. Mahila Money specializes in creating financial products that improve access and adoption among women, especially those who want to set up or grow their own business.
