Shilpi Shastri has over 15 years of experience in the financial inclusion sector with core focus on women-centered design solutions and economic empowerment. She has been working with diverse set of institutions across the globe and supporting them in launching commercially viable solutions that foster access and uptake of financial services by the underserved segment. She has led several projects in Asia, Africa and Middle East, spanning strategy, product lifecycle management, research, impact evaluation, and financial modeling. In the past, Shilpi has worked with Women’s World Banking, International Finance Corporation, among other organizations. An electronics engineer from MNIT, Jaipur, Shilpi holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, India.
