Sandra is Group Head of Capability Delivery, Inclusion and Diversity for the Westpac Group. She is accountable for the design and delivery of the Group’s learning as well as creating strategies and practices that support a diverse workplace to leverage competitive advantage. Sandra joined Westpac in 2011 and has held a variety of leadership roles including Integration Director, WorkSMART, a significant cultural change program that moved the Group to Agile working as a key component of Westpac’s Future of Work. Sandra’s background spans strategy, culture change, transformation programs and customer-facing roles and she has over 25 years of extensive financial services experience. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University and a short course General Management Program from Melbourne Business School. Sandra is also a Vincent Fairfax Fellow and a Board Director of Participate Australia a not for profit organisation that support people with disabilities live full and enriching lives.
