Roofi Jamil is the Head of Learning and Development at Pakistan’s largest bank, HBL. Diverse and versatile, she brings in her rich experience from investing banking, pharmaceutical sales, consultancy and research projects, academia, entrepreneurship, and training workshops. She has designed and facilitated training programs for both the public and private sector, at the national and international levels. She has over 20 years’ experience in Talent Development, across areas of training delivery, facilitation, assessments and counseling. Her focus areas are entrepreneurship, finance, communication, gender diversity, training need analysis and instructional design. Her success in facilitating TD programs stems from her intense belief in the infinite human potential and her phenomenal ability to adapt and relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds at an intellectual, social and emotional level. She has a double Master’s in marketing and finance, and holds Master Trainer certifications from Association of Talent Development USA and Euro Money, and Instructional Design Certification from Association of Talent Development USA. She has served as visiting faculty at Leading Business Schools of Pakistan and has delivered talks at various national forums.
