Randall Tucker is Chief Inclusion Officer for Mastercard, where he is responsible for aligning the company’s global diversity and inclusion initiatives with the corporate business strategy to ensure that every employee has the opportunity to reach their greatest potential. Randall holds a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University. He has been a guest lecturer at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
