As U.S. Head of Inclusion and Culture at HSBC, Ralph’s focus is to build an industry leading inclusive culture in banking and to accelerate HSBC USA’s progress in advancing opportunities for our employees and customers. In the 18 years Ralph has been with HSBC, he has held leadership roles in marketing, relationship management, change management and strategy. Ralph holds an MBA from Northwestern University, a BBA from Baruch College, and is a proud father of twin-teenagers.
