Rana Al Junidi is a youth and women development advocate, communication strategist, and sustainability practitioner with over eight years of experience across development, banking, FMCG, and social impact sectors.
She brings strong expertise in strategic communication, capacity building, sustainability reporting (GRI certified), stakeholder engagement, and community-centered program design. She has led successful financial literacy and women’s empowerment initiatives that have impacted thousands.
Rana is a dynamic trainer and facilitator, certified in design thinking, marketing, and sustainability reporting. She is currently pursuing a PhD — strengthening her research foundation in sustainable development and social impact.
