I currently lead SER Impulso Mujer at Banco Pichincha, a program that promotes the financial inclusion and growth of women entrepreneurs through sustainable and impact-driven strategies. I have also contributed to the development of the bank’s gender strategy and participated in the creation and issuance of Ecuador’s first social bond, aligned with international sustainability standards.
