She has twenty years progressive experience in business banking, consumer and affluent banking, sales and marketing, customer service, relationship management and results-based management. She is a recognized expert in driving sustainable growth in the field of SME Banking & Agribusiness.
She is very passionate about financial inclusion for the unbanked and champions the delivery of consistent, seamless and trusted customer propositions. Naomi has held numerous technical roles within the banking and hospitality sector that further complement her leadership, management, and partnership collaboration skills. Naomi leads the Women’s market program in the bank with remarkable results. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science.
