Economist with a master degree in administration and public policies. He has more than 14 years of experience in issues related to financial inclusion, development banking, rural financing, and social development. He currently serves as general director in the area of financial inclusion at the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), where he has worked for six years. Their work has been focused on the design, and analysis of the National Survey of Financial Inclusion.
