Additionally she holds an independent board position at a private equity real estate fund, CKD Deltack, since 2018. Before joining Konfío, Leticia made notable contributions to development banking public policy at the Office of the Mexican Presidency. During her tenure at Nafinsa in Coahuila, she championed strategic energy projects in the region. She also served as CFO and COO of a real estate company she co-founded, focusing on elevating affordable housing standards and projects in Coahuila.
