As co-founder of AXA’s Inclusive Insurance business, AXA EssentiALL, Laura is responsible for its global strategy definition, and articulation across 21 markets. She is also responsible for the measurement of the financial and social performance indicators of this business unit. She is Vice-Chair of the Microinsurance Network, a non-profit association that brings together different actors committed to closing the protection gap around the world. Laura joined AXA in Mexico back in 2010, and has built an international career within the AXA Group, where she has directed and collaborated on market expansion and operational improvement projects in several countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
