She has over 25 years of experience in Asia, Australia, US and Europe, helping organizations achieve a talent advantage through their people. In her current role, she supports Mercer’s thought leadership, talent advisory and colleague enablement agendas. She is the author of Mercer’s annual Global Talent Trends study, works closely with the WEF on talent and workforce related topics.
