Karyl is Director of Marketing and Business Development at the Financial Alliance for Women, driving communications, member support, and global expansion. Previously, she spent 12 years at BLC Bank, Lebanon, where she led brand management and launched the award-winning We Initiative for women’s empowerment. She has trained over 100 banks globally on women’s market programs and has been an Alliance All Star Instructor since 2016. Karyl also served on the board of the Lebanese League for Women in Business. She holds a B.Sc. & MBA from AUB, where she was honored as Distinguished Alumnus in 2016.
