Ifeoluwa Oyeyipo is a Non-financial services proposition manager at the W Initiative of Access Bank. She believes that Knowledge is a key component of success which allows her to use her passion for speaking and teaching to provide trainings and capacity building to women under the W Academy. She is well proficient in catering to the lifestyle and financial needs of women and has an oversight function for formulating strategies for market penetration in the various ecosystems of the Women Market. Ifeoluwa holds a first degree and second degree in Linguistics. She is an Associate of the Chattered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) as well as an IFC certified trainer. Her 4 years working experience in gender empowerment in the women’s market space has empowered her with requisite skills to meet the needs of female customers being served.
