Fabienne Cauli is Chief Commercial Officer at AXA. She was appointed to this position in 2019 when joining the team to lead the Global Enterprise Partnership Management effort across the Company. She and her group are responsible for diversifying value delivery of B2B solutions and generate revenue with AXA’s top partners, and at the same time develop key strategic enterprise relationships. Her area of responsibilities is within AXA Next, the Innovation branch dedicated to building new business models and services. Before joining AXA, Fabienne was General Manager, Global Client Group International at American Express (AEXP), managing the Global Corporate Payment´s largest client relationships, and delivering expense management solutions. Prior to this role, she was Head of Business-to-Business, when she and her team were responsible for the entire B2B division of American Express in Europe. This included all lines of business – Consumer, Corporate, Merchant and other co-brand and loyalty partnerships. She worked at AEXP for nearly 20 years in increasingly senior positions both in distribution, business development and business unit general management. Whilst her career spanned across the world with global ownership, she lived both in Europe and Asia/Australia in various positions in Payment Services, Business Travel and Network & Merchant acquiring, reporting directly to the New York HQ office during her latter responsibilities. As a tenured leader in the Payment and Financial industry and now Insurance, Fabienne built across her international career multi-billion-dollar businesses, developing B2B and B2B2B/C/E strategies to drive growth with Companies’ largest global clients and partners. As General Manager, Fabienne led all aspects of business operation from P&L responsibility to sales, account development, marketing partnerships, operational and compliance functions mainly in the Nordics and Ireland. With both distinctive skills, Fabienne is known for inclusive growth mindset approach – focusing on customer-centric strategies, developing innovated solutions to diversify revenue generation and coaching her team for peak performance through employees’ talent development. Fabienne holds a Post-graduated diploma in International Business from la Sorbonne University, as well as a Master´s degree and Engineering diploma in International Commerce and Sales from the University of Paris. She is based between London and Paris commuting between both cities. An avid advocate for Diversity, she has held many positions within American Express as lead member of AEXP Executive Women’s Interest Network (Exec-Win) European Steering Committee and Ambassador for the brand at the Women Forum for Economy and Society and looks forward to her inclusive engagement within AXA.
