Denise Bonsu

Senior Program Associate, Data 2x

Denise Bonsu is a Senior Program Associate at Data2X. Prior to joining UNF, Denise was a Senior Program Associate at Results for Development (R4D) where she conducted rigorous qualitative research on ways to support the early childhood workforce at scale across various contexts. Ms. Bonsu also co-developed a Home Visiting Workforce Needs Assessment Tool that enabled policymakers to prioritize areas of focus for supporting community health workers in their countries. Before joining R4D, Denise worked as a geocoder for AidData where she applied geographic coordinates to project data and created visualizations that helped stakeholders and policymakers identify gaps in the distribution of foreign aid. She has a Master’s degree in International Development and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Sociology from the College of William & Mary.
