Dalma Hernandez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics, specializing in economic and social development, from the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, China. With over a decade of experience in economics and socio-economic development, Dalma has become a seasoned professional in her field. Currently, she is the Manager of Social Banking at the Bankers Association of the Dominican Republic, overseeing initiatives related to green finance, SME development, and gender equality in banking, among others.
