Arlene Guerrero holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic (2008-2013) as well as a MBA in Finance and Sustainable Development from the INCAE in Costa Rica (2013-2015). Experienced in consulting on projects for Poverty Reduction (2012), Climate Change (2011-2013) and Compliance Monitoring of the National Development Strategy in the Dominican Republic (2012). Arlene has been in the Banking industry since 2015, in areas such as: credit risk management, American Express’ product acquisition, credit card life cycle and customer segmentation. Since 2021, Arlene holds in Banco BHD the position of the Female Cluster Manager. As the Gender Clúster Leader her main tasks are: Designing and implementing financial and non-financial value propositions for clients; Sales force training on gender value propositions; Following up on the segment’s key performance indicators; Synergy management between the Bank’s strategic areas for the development of the gender proposal.
