Anne Boden is the founder and CEO of Starling Bank, a leading UK digital bank. Starling Bank, founded in 2014, has 2.5 million customer accounts, including more than 400,000 small business customers. It has been recognised as the Best British Bank four years running and was the most switched-to bank in Q2 2021. During a distinguished career in banking, Anne worked in senior leadership for some of the world’s biggest financial heavyweights including Allied Irish Banks, Royal Bank of Scotland, Standard Chartered, Lloyds, UBS, PWC, AON Corporation and ABN AMRO. She sits on the board of UK Finance and was awarded an MBE for services to financial technology in 2018.
