Amina Durmo Trlin was born on October 30, 1988, in Sarajevo. She began her career at ProCredit Bank in 2013 and has been dedicated to the small and medium-sized enterprise business segment from the very start. Since 2019, she has been a member of the ProCredit Bank Bosnia and Herzegovina Management Board. Currently, she is responsible for business development, which includes very small, small, and medium-sized enterprises, retail banking, and the network of business units. Amina is also responsible for the Department of Sustainable Development and Communications, where she leads efforts related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics, sustainability, renewable projects, and environmental protection. Additionally, she is a member of the Environmental Protection Management Committee and the Human Resources Committee, where she actively promotes gender equity and diversity initiatives within her organization and the broader community. In addition to her formal education and professional expertise, Amina has completed internal training programs such as the Banking Academy and the three-year international ProCredit Management Academy. She leverages her experience gained through these academies and her work to advocate for the digitalization and energy transition in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
