Greta is the Director for Women’s Economic Empowerment at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Prior to joining the foundation, she served for six years as the CEO of CGAP, a think tank focused on financial services for the poor housed in the World Bank. Before joining CGAP, Ms. Bull was a manager for Financial Institutions Advisory Services at the IFC. She has worked with FSPs, development partners and policy makers in Latin America, Eastern Europe, sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
