Financial Services

We specialize in providing tailored services for WMSMEs in Kosovo and North Macedonia. In Kosovo, we leverage a state collateral scheme to offer micro loans of up to EUR 50,000, aiming to overcome societal norms ( i.e. limited equity, due to unbalanced inheritance laws, limited access to networks or knowledge in their industries) that hinder WMSMEs’ access to finance. Similarly, in North Macedonia, our bank extends collateral schemes, provides flexible loan repayment terms, and offers customized accounts and overdraft facilities exclusively designed for WMSMEs. Additionally, our banks in Georgia and Albania are actively working to implement financial products that cater to their customers’ needs, further supporting female entrepreneurs and professionals.

Non-Financial Services

In various countries where we operate, we have actively engaged in programs aimed at empowering women. These initiatives encompass a range of activities, including educational and mentoring programs. For instance, our involvement with Impaqto Academia has focused on supporting women entrepreneurs through educational initiatives in Ecuador. Additionally, we’ve been committed to assisting young professionals as they embark on their careers. One notable example is our collaboration with the Girls for Change program in Georgia, which celebrates aspiring female professionals and equips them with the necessary skills and confidence to thrive in their chosen fields. By addressing barriers and providing resources, we strive to foster gender equality and empower women across diverse contexts.
