Spotlight on: Learning Hub

Last week’s Ask the Expert session CX & UX that Drive Women’s Access to Finance revealed the remarkably consistent approaches banks across the world are taking to serve women entrepreneurs well, as shared by TD Bank Canada. It also highlighted the unmatched capability of GoTyme Bank  South Africa to meet low income and often formerly unbanked women where they are. Both organizations understand their women customers well, have integrated gender intelligent design across their customer journeys, and are focused on building women’s trust and confidence to drive usage.

This session and more are now available on-demand in our new Learning Hub, a powerful new addition to our member experience and a cornerstone of our commitment to continuous learning and impact.  On it are a curated set of incredible sessions. You can find Ask the Expert series diving into new segments such as the silver economy, youth and young entrepreneurs, and women of wealth; as well as new frontiers for Women’s Markets programs such as Islamic finance, the intersection of gender and climate finance, and addressing gender-based violence. Also available on the hub are EVP task force sessions on the many aspects of building a gender diverse and inclusive workforces; Hackathon trainings on gender intelligent fintech design; from Data Taskforce sessions on disaggregating legacy data and setting gender targets, to name a few. In addition, the Learning Hub hosts our flagship Workforce Training Program, a training-of-trainers to get the frontline equipped to support women customers.

More content will be loaded over time, and we invite all members to catch up on missed sessions or deepen learning by rewatching key discussions. For more on how to access click here.
